Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English laws without giving effect to its choice of law provisions. Any unresolved disputes relating to this agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the arbitration act 1996 (England and Wales). The site of the arbitration shall be in London, England and the cost of the arbitration and the apportionment thereof, including fees for the arbitrator, shall be determined by the arbitrator.

Intellectual Property Rights of Data

All content in this Online System is intellectual property of the member of or the association of Euromines/ECGA/IACC, mentioned as its author, and it is illegal to reproduce content from this Online System without the prior written permission of the respective author, except as legally allowed for personal use.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute, in any manner, the material on the system, including text, graphics, code and/or software. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the system solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.
